Knockaround LLC — Chief Financial Officer (2023–2025)

High-growth DTC eyewear brand. Chris stood up the company’s first finance organization, built long-range planning, and secured an $8M working capital line to fund inventory and revenue growth. He integrated NetSuite, Shopify, and analytics dashboards to elevate decision-making across DTC, wholesale, and Amazon.

Cali Bamboo (CALIfloors) — Chief Financial Officer & Board Member (2021–2023)

Led finance, BI, and technology through post-acquisition integration into global flooring leader Victoria Plc. Drove GAAP→IFRS reporting, OKRs/KPIs, supply-chain resilience, and a $15M line of credit. Also served as interim-COO during logistics disruptions and launched a 260,000 sq ft DC.

Quick Quack Car Wash — Chief Financial Officer (2019–2020)

PE-backed, multi-location operator. Built the finance organization and scaled from 65→100+ locations, redesigned budgeting, and raised $60M growth capital. Oversaw finance, tax, audit, capital planning, and cross-functional ops support across 26 entities.

J.C. Penney — Sr. Director, E-Commerce & Sephora Inside JCP (2013–2014)

Finance lead for $1.7B combined businesses ($1.1B jcp.com + $600M Sephora Inside JCP). Helped turn online from -33% (2012) to +6% (2013) and double-digit growth in 2014; owned long-range planning and omni-profitability projects.

Amazon — Senior Finance Manager (2007–2013)

Progressive roles in TRMS, Seller Support, and Global Operations. Launched Transaction Verification and Amazon Lending, deployed global activity-based costing across 45 FCs, and led forecasting for $1B operations.

Procter & Gamble — Finance Director & Manager Roles (1998–2007)

Finance leadership across Global Feminine Care and Secret brand. Owned global profit forecasts for a $4B category; delivered +6% sales / +10% profit growth on Secret; led major capex-backed innovation and pricing strategy.
